Thank you for volunteering for Focus on the Arts, 2023. By registering here, you are volunteering to serve as a day-of volunteer during Focus. You may be assigned to one of the following jobs:

Room Supervisor: Work with faculty to assist with attendance, help sessions begin/end on time, fill out the evaluation for the session.

Artist Host: Meet the presenter when they arrive, escort them to their room, help them carry their things, make sure they have their set up, supplies, etc., and introduce the session. An introduction idea will be provided, though you are welcome to improvise. If there is a student co-host, please allow them the opportunity to do the intro instead. 

Hallway Supervisor: Greeters at the entrances and other key locations to direct people when they arrive and throughout the day.

Please fill out the form on the following page to indicate when you are available to volunteer. You will receive a confirmation email when you submit. A final confirmation email with further information about your assignment will be sent to you in April. If you have volunteered for another committee, please do not create any conflicts with those commitments with the time slots you are selecting here.

All volunteers will be pre-screened prior to coming to the school to reduce entry wait times. You will receive an email regarding that process in the near future. A photo ID is required for pre-screening.
